Arouca Allstars and Cricket Gears TT claimed emphatic victories at the Madras Recreational Ground on Friday night, with Hamilton’s unbeaten half-century and a blistering unbroken opening stand providing the batting highlights.
HAMILTON POWERS AROUCA TO 62-RUN WIN
Hamilton struck an unbeaten 68 from 28 deliveries, including six sixes and three fours, as Arouca Allstars piled up 139 for two from their ten overs against High Beam. Andre Mohammed contributed 32 from 19 balls with four boundaries, while Ricardo Ramjit added an unbeaten 25 from 11 deliveries, hitting two sixes and a four.
High Beam’s reply finished on 77 for seven, leaving them 62 runs short. Sachin Beebahkee led their resistance with 31 from 17 balls, including three sixes, and Kenneth Lalla made 29 from 21 with three fours and a six.
