Cricket Core Media Terms and Conditions
Version 1.2 | Prepared 10 October 2026 | Effective from the publication date shown with this version in the app
1 Operator scope and acceptance
These Terms govern Cricket Core Media's Cricket Core website, app and supported versions, including free access, player and cricket records, team and academy tools, scoring, broadcasts and paid features when offered. Operator: Cricket Core Media. Address: LP7 Boyce Trace, Chin Chin Road, Cunupia. Legal and support contact: cricketcorepro@gmail.com.
Before completing registration, you must agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy at https://cricketcore.pro/#/legal/privacy. Registered users must acknowledge the current published policies before proceeding with authenticated member features. Each acknowledgement is recorded against the user and policy version. An acknowledgement of a privacy notice is not blanket consent to marketing, tracking or every use of information.
Guest use of public features remains subject to applicable law and the rules relevant to that activity. Merely viewing a public page is not represented as a signed contract. Future Pro provisions apply when the relevant feature is offered and used; these Terms do not guarantee a launch date.
2 Eligibility accounts and authority
You must have legal capacity to enter the agreement applicable to your use. Where a person cannot validly enter that agreement because of age or another legal limitation, an authorised parent, guardian or representative must provide the legally required authority. Cricket Core does not claim that an automated age-verification system is implemented throughout the service.
If acting for a team, academy, organisation, store or fundraiser, you must have authority to act for it. Minors' participation and information must be handled with the permissions required for the relevant activity. A child cannot be treated as an independent contracting store operator or subscription purchaser where the law requires an adult or authorised representative.
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts or roles you are authorised to use. Do not impersonate another person or organisation. Report suspected misuse to support. Responsibility for unauthorised activity remains subject to applicable law and the circumstances; these Terms do not automatically make you liable for every event involving your account.
3 Free access Ad Free access and prices
Free access is supported by advertising. Monthly and annual Ad-Free plans currently use PayPal recurring billing. Select the relevant interval before authorising payment. The price, currency, billing interval and applicable additional charges must be displayed before purchase. The accepted checkout amount governs your purchase; an earlier advertisement does not justify an undisclosed charge.
Ad-Free covers the platform advertising benefit described for the purchased plan. It does not remove sponsorship or advertising incorporated by another user into a photo, video, broadcast or store, and does not by itself remove essential storage or usage measurement. Any exception material to a purchase must be explained before payment.
Eligible external brand links may be converted into affiliate tracking links for referral and impression measurement. A brand programme may provide referral compensation for qualifying activity. This is separate from any independent Pro store or fundraising transaction and does not change Cricket Core's no-transaction-commission commitment for those tools.
Additional Cricket Core Pro plans, including Basic Pro and Pro Studio where offered, are priced separately from Ad-Free. Purchasing Ad-Free does not automatically include every Pro feature. Current advertised recurring prices are in US dollars: Ad-Free US$1 monthly or US$10 annually; Basic Pro US$10 monthly or US$99 annually; Pro Studio US$29 monthly or US$250 annually for new subscriptions. Basic Pro currently offers a seven-day free introductory period; Pro Studio currently charges US$2 for the first seven days before the selected recurring interval begins. The checkout must disclose the offer actually selected, any applicable additional charge and the recurring amount before authorisation. Existing subscribers may have a different agreed legacy price; a new advertised price does not automatically revise their existing contract. Feature availability and future Pro additions are subject to what is actually offered, including beta restrictions.
4 Payments renewal cancellation and refunds
Monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans renew annually until cancelled. Authorising a subscription permits recurring charges on the disclosed billing terms. PayPal's terms govern its payment service, while these Terms and the accepted plan terms govern Cricket Core access, subject to mandatory law.
Use the subscription page at https://cricketcore.pro/#/subscription to request cancellation. Existing PayPal cancellation is also accessible at https://cricketcore.pro/#/legal/account without accepting revised policies. PayPal has controls for its automatic-payment authorisation. Complete the available cancellation process and retain its confirmation; contact cricketcorepro@gmail.com if cancellation is not confirmed. Do not rely on deleting the app, ceasing use or requesting account closure as proof that renewal has stopped.
Subscription access and newly issued offline licences are limited by the current paid or introductory period. An offline licence is capped at the remaining entitlement and a maximum of 30 days; it does not extend the purchased period. Local browser checks are not a security certification or a guarantee of immediate revocation while a device is offline.
Cancellation stops future renewal once processed. Paid access continues through the end of the current subscription period, after which the account returns to normal free access unless another paid entitlement applies. Cancellation does not itself require immediate loss of an already paid period. Submit the request before the next payment is processed; a payment already processed must be addressed under the refund and billing-error rules.
Subscription payments are non-refundable, including unused time after voluntary cancellation, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This does not remove mandatory remedies for an unauthorised, duplicate or incorrect charge, or a service failure giving rise to a legal remedy. Report billing errors promptly with relevant details and use applicable provider dispute routes without missing their deadlines. Store and fundraising payments are separate from Cricket Core subscription payments.
If a payment fails or is disputed, access may be affected according to the payment's status and applicable law. No unconfirmed grace period or retry timetable is guaranteed. Material changes to a price or purchased plan must be disclosed before taking a charge on changed terms, with any notice, authorisation or cancellation option required by law. These Terms do not authorise unrestricted retroactive price changes.
5 Pro independent stores and fundraising
Where offered, Pro permits independent operators to use store and fundraising tools and configure their own payment methods and arrangements. Cricket Core monetises these tools through the Pro subscription fee, with no Cricket Core transaction commission on sales or fundraising contributions. External payment providers and other third parties may impose their own fees.
The operator identified for a store or campaign is responsible for its offers, claims, beneficiaries, products, services, permissions, licensing, pricing, taxes, payment instructions, fulfilment, delivery, returns, refunds, customer service and lawful use of funds. Operators must provide clear contact details, customer or donor terms, and relevant privacy information. A fundraising campaign must accurately explain its purpose and intended use of contributions. Do not claim charitable registration or tax deductibility without a valid basis.
Customers and donors should review the operator and payment arrangement before paying. Availability on Cricket Core does not itself mean the operator or campaign has been independently verified, endorsed or financially guaranteed. Operators must not engage in fraud, deceptive business practices, illegal sales, money laundering or misuse of contributions.
Payment routing and the parties to an individual transaction depend on the arrangement actually offered. These Terms do not declare Cricket Core an escrow service, guarantee funds, or assert that every payment bypasses Cricket Core. Features involving additional transaction or payment obligations must disclose them before use. Independent operator wording does not override duties imposed on Cricket Core by law.
As between Cricket Core and an operator, the operator is responsible for its own conduct and obligations to customers or donors. To the extent permitted by law, Cricket Core is not responsible for an independent user's dishonest practices, non-delivery or misuse of funds solely because the user uses the platform. Nothing excludes Cricket Core's own non-excludable responsibilities.
6 Reports complaints and moderation
Report suspicious conduct, inaccurate records, unauthorised content or other concerns using the app's support/feedback facility or cricketcorepro@gmail.com. Identify the user, store, campaign or content and provide accurate supporting details. Do not put payment credentials, a child's full birthdate or unnecessary sensitive information into feedback. Do not make knowingly false or harassing reports.
Reports may be reviewed and appropriate action may include a request for information, a correction, a content restriction or an account restriction, subject to applicable law. No continuous monitoring, guaranteed investigation deadline, automatic takedown or reimbursement is promised. Feedback reporting does not replace an operator's customer service, payment-provider dispute rights or reports to competent authorities.
Where content or access is restricted, contact support to explain a concern or request review. This is a contact route, not a claim that a formal automated appeal system exists. Necessary emergency or legal action may be taken without advance notice where permitted by law.
7 Player profiles records claims and merges
Profiles and cricket records can be created from match activity or authorised contributions before a player has an account. Claim or manage only a profile you are authorised to use. A self-claim is an assertion of identity, not a general guarantee of independent verification. Keep submitted information accurate and do not claim another person's achievements.
Duplicate profiles or records may be merged or consolidated. Do not knowingly associate different people's records or use claims or merges to impersonate, harass or gain rights to someone else's media. A merge does not transfer copyright. Identity disputes, mistaken associations, incorrect scores and merge concerns should be reported through support with relevant evidence.
User-supplied records may contain errors or delays. They are not guaranteed official, independently verified or complete. Retaining historical match information may involve the interests of other participants as well as the account making a removal request; applicable privacy rights still apply.
8 Children photos birthdates and sensitive content
The platform can include public photographs and coverage of minors. Contributors must have the necessary permissions and lawful authority, including parent or guardian permission where required. Do not upload material that exploits, sexualises, endangers or unlawfully identifies a child.
Provide accurate full birthdates where required for league participation, age eligibility or identity verification. Assigned officials may use the date for that authorised purpose. Structured records restrict full dates to authorised player or linked guardian accounts and relevant assigned officials; other viewers receive age information where available. Do not treat a public or unclaimed profile, a self-selected role or a profile claim as proof of official verification. Do not publish a child's full birthdate in captions, commentary, posts or broadcasts; use less detailed age information where sufficient. Free text, media and external copies are not automatically screened by the structured-record controls. Report inappropriate exposure through the privacy contact.
Do not publish private contacts, health information or emergency details as general public content. A parent, guardian or affected person may contact cricketcorepro@gmail.com concerning permissions, corrections, privacy or removal. No automated child-safety screening, parental dashboard or age-verification protection is promised throughout the service.
9 Content rights and acceptable use
You retain the rights you hold in submitted content. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it and make it available through the service, including rights relating to photos, footage, music, likenesses and personal information.
To the extent of the rights you can grant, you give Cricket Core a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, technically reproduce, format, display and transmit the content for operating the service and providing it to the audience associated with the submission. Necessary service providers may exercise those rights to support that operation. This does not authorise unrelated commercial exploitation of your likeness or override privacy and child-permission requirements.
The licence applies while the content is made available through the service and, for retained copies, only as needed for a lawful operational, historical-record, backup or dispute-handling purpose. It does not create an unrestricted perpetual promotional licence. Removal requests and continued retention remain subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, threatening, exploitative or harassing content; disclose private information without authority; introduce malware; interfere with the service; bypass access controls; or misuse another person's data. Cricket Core's software, branding and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. Rights complaints should identify the material and the claimant's authority and be sent to the support/legal contact.
10 Scoring broadcasting and recordings
Scorers and broadcasters are responsible for lawful, authorised contributions and necessary club, venue, event, media and participant permissions. Attending a match or owning a camera does not by itself confer broadcast rights. Take particular care with children's images and restricted personal information.
Streams may be recorded, clipped, replayed or redistributed where the selected tools or destination support it. Contributors must have rights for those uses, not merely for the initial live transmission. Requests concerning unauthorised footage or inaccurate records should identify the material and be sent through support.
Scores, commentary and video can be interrupted, delayed or inaccurate. They are not an official adjudication, betting feed or guarantee of an outcome. No uninterrupted availability or broadcast-quality guarantee is given unless expressly included in an accepted purchase commitment, subject to mandatory rights.
11 Suspension account closure and remaining obligations
Subject to law, Cricket Core may restrict content or access where necessary to address a breach, unlawful activity, credible safety concern or interference with the service. Measures should be proportionate to the circumstances. A restriction does not remove mandatory rights or permit a charge that is otherwise unlawful.
You may stop using the service and request account closure through cricketcorepro@gmail.com. Account closure, subscription cancellation and content removal have different consequences and should be requested separately where applicable. Do not assume that account closure ends recurring billing or erases every cricket record, contribution, provider record or backup copy. Retention and requests are addressed in the Privacy Policy.
Operators remain responsible for orders, contributions, refunds, recordkeeping and other obligations already incurred, even if platform access ends. Cricket Core must address any paid-service withdrawal or suspension remedies required by law; the no-refund rule does not override them.
12 Beta changes and notices
Cricket Core is in beta through 31 December 2026. Features can be incomplete or change, and errors or interruptions may occur. That date does not guarantee a production release, a Pro launch or continuation of every feature. Beta status does not waive consumer, privacy or other mandatory obligations.
App Settings provides optional mailing-list and activity-alert controls, appearance choices and access to the bin. Opting out of optional emails or alerts does not close an account, stop a subscription or prevent service messages such as security, payment or policy notices. The bin supports restoration of eligible records for up to 30 days, subject to remaining permissions. It may not restore removed files, linked matches or other deleted dependent records. Deleting a bin entry permanently is separate from an account-closure or wider data-removal request.
Revised policies are published as versioned releases. Publication queues a service email to existing accounts with an email address, and users are asked to acknowledge current policies before proceeding with authenticated member access. Email delivery depends on the mail service and is not guaranteed. Material changes remain subject to any notice, renewed acceptance or separate consent required by law. A new version does not eliminate remedies that arose under an earlier accepted agreement.
13 Disclaimers liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, the service and user-supplied material are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or the accuracy, legitimacy or quality of another user's records, business or campaign. Hosting a contribution does not by itself endorse its contributor.
You are responsible for your own unlawful or unauthorised conduct and obligations as a contributor or operator. Cricket Core remains responsible for obligations imposed on it by law. Nothing excludes a non-excludable warranty, consumer remedy or liability, or responsibility that cannot lawfully be restricted. No invented monetary liability cap or unlimited user indemnity is imposed by these Terms.
Trinidad and Tobago law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory laws and rights that apply to you. Disputes may be brought in the competent courts of Trinidad and Tobago without removing a mandatory right to bring proceedings elsewhere. No compulsory arbitration or waiver of statutory remedies is created here. Contact cricketcorepro@gmail.com about a service dispute.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive later enforcement. These Terms and specific plan or operator terms validly presented and accepted govern their respective subjects; mandatory law prevails over inconsistent wording.
